Recipe: Savory Fig Jam


  • 1 Pound Fresh Figs (stemmed and diced)
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Honey
  • 2 Tablespoons Bourbon
  • 1 Tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
  • ½ Teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • Pinch Kosher Salt
    • 1/3 Pound Thick Cut Bacon (cooked)
