Recipe: Tomato Salad with Red Onion, Dill and Feta | The Kitchn

Ingredients

  • 10 Favorite Chicago Small Spaces
  • Place the garlic, a pinch of salt, and the vinegar into a large mixing bowl. Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking.We made this tonight. I left out the dill since no one around here likes it, but it was still fantastic.
  • 1 pound heirloom tomatoes (use an assortment of shapes, sizes and colors)
