Ingredients

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 2/3 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups uncooked long-grain rice
  • 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pepper sauce
  • 1 (15-oz.) can tomato sauce
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 3 (15-oz.) cans red beans, drained
    • 2 pounds hot hickory-smoked sausage, sliced
    • 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 3 celery ribs, finely chopped

1. Cook sausage in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, stirring until sausage is brown. Remove sausage, and drain on paper towels, reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings in Dutch oven.
