Red-Gold Raspberry White Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon almond-flavor liqueur
  • ½ cup seedless raspberry jam
  • ¼ cup (1/8 lb.) melted butter or margarine
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cups golden raspberries, rinsed and drained (or use red raspberries)
  • 2 ¼ cups red raspberries, rinsed and drained
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2/3 cup whipping cream
    • 2 cups blanched almonds
    • ¼ cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

1. In a blender or food processor, whirl almonds with 2 tablespoons sugar until finely ground; if using a blender, whirl half of the mixture at a time. 2.
