Red-Leaf Lettuce, Radish, and Pine Nut Salad


  • 5 teaspoons red-wine vinegar
  • 1 cup radish
  • 18 whole red-leaf lettuce leaves
  • 8 cups red-leaf lettuce
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts
