Ingredients

  • 4 cups Brain-Boosting Broth
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 bunch kale
  • salt
  • + 6 more ingredients
    • 2 cups Roma tomatoes
    • 1 tablespoon white miso
    • Freshly ground black pepper
    • 6 sage leaves
    • 1 nori sheet
    • 1 cup dried red lentils

Place the lentils in a large saucepan and cover with 1 1/2 cups of the broth. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook, uncovered, until the lentils are tender, about 25 minutes.
