Red Onion and Kalamata Olive Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup roughly chopped kalamata olives
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 6-ounce cans of tuna packed in water (drained)

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, pepper, olive oil, onion, and olives. Spread the mixture on your favorite bread or roll.
