Red Pepper-Cheese Dip

  • ¼ cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 large red bell pepper
  • 1 small onion, peeled and halved
  • ½ cup (4 ounces) block-style fat-free cream cheese
  • Cooking spray
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    • 1 whole garlic head

Preheat broiler. Cut bell pepper in half lengthwise, and discard seeds and membranes. Place pepper halves, skin sides up, on a foil-lined baking sheet; flatten with hand.
