Red Wine and Rosemary Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup(s) dry red wine
  • ½ teaspoon(s) fresh ground black pepper
  • 8 pound(s) baby bella mushrooms - washed, sliced
  • 16 ounce(s) white mushrooms - washed, sliced
  • 6 clove(s) garlic - peeled, slightly crushed
  • 3 tablespoon(s) unsalted butter - divided
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ¾ teaspoon(s) kosher salt or to taste
    • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh rosemary - minced
