Ingredients

  • 2.25 ounces all-purpose flour (about 1/2 cup)
  • 4 peeled Bosc pears, cored and thinly sliced (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • Streusel:
  • Remaining ingredients:
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • ¾ cup frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
  • + 12 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon ground allspice
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind
    • ½ cup regular oats
    • ¼ cup packed brown sugar
    • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
    • Filling:
    • 2/3 cup cabernet sauvignon or other dry red wine
    • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt

1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. To prepare streusel, weigh or lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Combine flour, regular oats, brown sugar, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon allspice, and salt in a medium bowl. Add butter, stirring with a fork until crumbly. Set aside....
