Refrigerator Dill Pickle Slices

Ingredients

• 2 ½ pound(s) pickling cucumbers (4 to 5 inches long)
• 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Turmeric, Ground
• 2 quart(s) boiling water
• 2 tablespoon(s) McCormick® Dill Seed
• 4 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Dill Weed
• 4 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Mustard Seed
• 1 teaspoon(s) McCormick® Garlic, Minced

  • 3 ½ cup(s) distilled white vinegar (5% acidity)
  • 2 tablespoon(s) non-iodized salt

1. Wash cucumbers well with cold water. Trim blossom ends and cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick slices (4 inches long). Place slices in large bowl with turmeric.
