Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons minced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh Italian parsley
  • 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 2 teaspoons minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons minced capers
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

    • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce, such as Tabasco
    • 1 cup vegetable oil
