  • 5 cups rhubarb
  • 8 ounces high-quality white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

    • 2 cups all purpose flour
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 10 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • 1 large egg
    • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
