Rhubarb Bars 15

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoon(s) powdered sugar
  • 1 cup(s) soft butter
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 3 cup(s) white sugar
  • ½ cup(s) flour
  • 2 cup(s) flour
  • 4 cup(s) finely chopped rhubarb

Mix first 3 ingredients and spread into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool. Mix next four ingredients and spread over cooled crust. Bake another 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
