- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- 18 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/3 cup golden brown sugar
- 6 ½ tablespoons whole milk

- ½ cup sugar
- 1 1/3 pounds rhubarb
Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Place rhubarb pieces in baking dish in even layer. Scatter brown sugar over and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water.
