Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 pounds rhubarb
  • Softly whipped cream
  • 7 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • 18 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/3 cup golden brown sugar
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 6 ½ tablespoons whole milk
    • 2 large eggs
    • ½ cup sugar

Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 11x7x2-inch baking dish. Place rhubarb pieces in baking dish in even layer. Scatter brown sugar over and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons water.
