Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ½ pound fresh rhubarb stalks
  • 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    • 1 nonstick muffin pan with 12 muffin cups
    • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
    • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 3 tablespoons confectioners sugar
    • 2/3 cup brown sugar
    • ½ cup whole milk
