Rib-Eye Roast with Cracked Pepper Rub
- 3 pound(s) rib-eye roast
- 1 tablespoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, adjust to taste
- ½ teaspoon(s) ground oregano
- 1 teaspoon(s) salt
- 4 clove(s) fresh garlic, minced (reserved 1 for slicing)
