  • 3 pound(s) rib-eye roast
  • 1 tablespoon(s) freshly ground black pepper, adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon(s) ground oregano
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 4 clove(s) fresh garlic, minced (reserved 1 for slicing)
