Ingredients

  • 4 1 1/4-inch-thick rib-eye steaks
  • ¼ cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 large green bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons fresh marjoram
  • 6 large garlic cloves
  • 2 large yellow bell peppers
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 large red bell peppers
    • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Beat cheese, butter and 1 tablespoon marjoram in small bowl to blend. Season Gorgonzola butter with salt and pepper. (Can be made 1 day ahead. Cover; chill.)
