Rice and Barley Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) onion, minced
  • 1 cup(s) brown rice
  • ½ cup(s) barley
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 3 ½ cup(s) water or broth
  • 1 cup(s) Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup(s) celery, thinly sliced

    • 1 cup(s) carrots, thinly sliced
    • ½ cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped or 2 T. dried parsley
