Rice and Mushrooms 2


  • 3 cup(s) long grain rice (Uncle Bens Original Long Grain & Wild rice, cooked according to pkg directions works well)
  • ½ pound(s) mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 tablespoon(s) fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon(s) dry white wine
  • ¼ cup(s) chopped parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt

In a small skillet, sauté onions and mushrooms in melted butter. Remove from heat. Add lemon juice, wine, parsley and salt. Combine with cooked rice.
