Rice and Orange Jello Salad


  • 2 cup(s) Cool Whip
  • 1 cup(s) cold water
  • 20 marshmallows, cut up
  • 3 cup(s) hot water
  • 2 cup(s) cooked rice
  • 1 can(s) Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice, optional
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • ½ cup(s) apples w/peelings, cut up
    • 2 package(s) orange jello (3 ounce pkgs)

Dissolve jello in hot water. While still hot, add marshmallows. When they are partly melted add cold water. Let cool. Add apples to which lemon juice was added. Add pineapple and cooked rice. Refrigerateuntil it starts to set, then add cool whip. Refrigerate overnight.
