Rice Pilaf 13

Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 1 onion, diced (large)
  • 1 cup(s) uncooked rice
  • 1 cup(s) consommé
  • 1 stick(s) butter

Brown rice and onion in butter in large skillet. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and summer 30-45 minutes until liquid is absorbed and rice is soft. Great side dish.
