Ricotta & Spinach Stuffed Shells


  • ¼ cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar(s) spaghetti sauce (16 ounce jar)
  • 1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained) (10 ounce pkg)
  • 1 cup(s) ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup(s) cottage cheese
  • 1 cup(s) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg beaten
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 1 box(es) jumbo shells (9 ounce box)

Cook pasta shells according to package directions. Drain. Pour half of sauce into 8x10 baking dish. Combine spinach, ricotta, 3/4 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, and egg. Mix well.
