  • 4 Large Eggland's Best eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 pound Ricotta Cheese, part-skim
  • 2 (10 oz.) packages Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 unbaked Pie Shell, 9-inch
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 1 small Onion, minced
    • 1 cup Milk, lowfat 1%
    • 1 tablespoon Canola
    • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese
