Ricotta Stuffed Shell Recipe


  • 1 package(s) jumbo pasta shells cooked and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder (more or less to your own tastes)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 container Ricotta cheese (part skim)
  • 1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup(s) asiago cheese
  • ¼ cup(s) fresh basil chopped
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • ½ teaspoon(s) Salt
    • ½ teaspoon(s) pepper
    • 2 cup(s) mozzarella (separated into 1 cup each)
    • 2 cup(s) your favorite pasta sauce (more or less to taste)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixing bowl combine the ricotta, garlic, egg, basil, salt, pepper, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and asiago cheeses. Place mixture in shells.
