RICOTTA SWEET PIE

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp. milk
• 3 egg yolks
• ¼ c. butter
• Pinch of salt
• ½ c. sugar
• 2 c. sifted flour
• 1 c. sugar
• + 4 more ingredients
• • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 lbs. ricotta

Beat ricotta until creamy. In another bowl, beat eggs until foamy, add sugar, flour, flavoring then add all to ricotta and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
