  • ¼ pound spicy Italian sausage
  • ½ teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
  • 1 ½ cups prepared marinara sauce
  • ¼ cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Extra-virgin olive oil
  • + 2 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • ½ pound rigatoni

Cook rigatoni in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Meanwhile, preheat broiler.
