Rigatoni with Spicy Sausage-Tomato Sauce, Arugula, and Parmesan

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rigatoni
  • 2 pounds fresh hot Italian sausages
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
  • 1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes with added puree
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • + 5 more ingredients
    • 3 garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • ½ cup dry red wine
    • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 large onion

Heat oil in heavy large pot over medium heat. Add onion; sauté until translucent, about 4 minutes. Add garlic; stir 1 minute.
