Roast Leg of Lamb with Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 3 tablespoons dry white wine or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon crushed or crumbled dried bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
    • About ½ teaspoon pepper
    • 1 leg of lamb (5 to 6 lb.)
