Roasted Apricots with Sugared Pecans and Dulce de Leche

Ingredients

  • This recipe goes with Dulce de Leche
  • 1 cup pecan halves
  • 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 12 apricots, halved
