Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pan drippings from Fennel-Crusted Rib Roast*
  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus

1. Preheat broiler with oven rack 3 inches from heat. Snap off and discard tough ends of asparagus; toss asparagus with pan drippings and lemon slices.
