Roasted Broccoli and Pecans

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup (3/4 ounce) pecans
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 head broccoli, including stems, cut into 3 1/2-inch florets

Heat oven to 400° F. In a roasting pan, combine the broccoli, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the pecans. Roast, stirring once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
