Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Lemon Zest Recipe : Paula Deen : Recipes : Food Network
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half lengthwise
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. In a shallow baking dish or roasting pan, toss the sprouts, olive oil, salt and pepper until combined. Roast, stirring occasionally, 15 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle with the lemon zest just before serving.
