Ingredients

  • 5 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • Cooking spray
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 medium onions, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • + 3 more ingredients
    • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Preheat oven to 500°. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
