  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 10 Kalamata or other brine-cured black olives
  • lemon wedges
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ pound feta (preferably Greek)
  • ¼ cup bottled roasted red peppers
  • pita wedges or crusty bread
