Roasted Feta with Olives and Red Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup bottled roasted red peppers
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ pound feta (preferably Greek)
- parsley
- pita wedges or crusty bread
- lemon wedges
