Roasted Mushroom and Green Bean Farro Salad


  • ½ teaspoon thyme (chopped)
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • ¼ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
  • ¼ cup feta, crumbled
  • salt and pepper to taste
