Ingredients

  • 2.5 tablespoon(s) Asian sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon(s) roasted black sesame seeds
  • 10 small shallots
  • 1 tablespoon(s) chopped dill
  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced fresh ginger
  • 1.5 tablespoon(s) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 clove(s) garlic
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • Salt
    • 1.25 pound(s) mixed mushrooms-such as white
    • 0.3333 cup(s) chopped mint
    • 0.3333 cup(s) chopped parsley

Preheat the oven to 400°. In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of the sesame oil with the garlic, ginger and soy sauce.
