  • 1 pound(s) small new potatoes
  • ½ cup(s) butter, divided
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • water

Wash and dry potatoes. Cut into quarters. Grease 8" square or round casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of the butter. Place potatoes in dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Stir.
