  • 1 ½ pound(s) new potatoes (red skin), halved or quartered
  • 2 tablespoon(s) olive oil
  • 2 clove(s) garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon(s) fresh rosemary
  • ¼ teaspoon(s) salt
  • Pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 450°. Place potatoes in a mixing bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add olive oil, rosemary and garlic. Toss until potatoes are well coated.
