  • 24 small round red potatoes (about 2 1/3 pounds)
  • ¼ cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • ¾ teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
  • ¼ cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
