Roasted Orange-Ginger Asparagus

- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- ¼ cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Garnishes: orange zest, chopped fresh basil
