  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Garnishes: orange zest, chopped fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
