  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
  • ground black pepper, to taste
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
