Roasted Pepper and Walnut Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 c garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 1 T garlic, chopped fine
- ¼ c lemon juice
- 4 whole sundried tomatoes in oil
- ½ c toasted walnuts
- 3 whole red roasted peppers
- 1 t kosher salt
- + 4 more ingredients

- A dash of white pepper
- 2 T parsley
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- ¼ c pomegranate juice
Blend in Cuisinart while Cuisinart is going add cup extra light olive oil Serve with Pita Bread- Yum!
