Roasted Pepper and Walnut Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 c garbanzo beans, rinsed
  • 1 T garlic, chopped fine
  • ¼ c lemon juice
  • 4 whole sundried tomatoes in oil
  • ½ c toasted walnuts
  • 3 whole red roasted peppers
  • 1 t kosher salt
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • A dash of white pepper
    • 2 T parsley
    • 1 T Dijon mustard
    • ¼ c pomegranate juice

Blend in Cuisinart while Cuisinart is going add cup extra light olive oil Serve with Pita Bread- Yum!
