Roasted Pepper- Corn Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 Hass avocado, chopped
  • 1 roasted pepper, chopped (about ½ cup)
  • ¾ cup corn kernels
  • + 4 more ingredients
    • 2 garlic cloves, minced
    • 1 yellow onion, chopped
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 8 ounces orrechiette pasta

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions. Drain.
