Roasted Pepper, Feta, and Basil Bruschetta


  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 4 thick slices whole-wheat country bread
  • 4 bell peppers halved lengthwise, ribs and seeds removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for grill
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, torn into pieces
