Roasted Pineapple Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 1 17.3-ounce package frozen puff pastry
  • 1 2/3 cups sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 2 vanilla beans

    • 1 large (4 1/2-pound) pineapple
