Ingredients

  • 1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise, seeds scraped and reserved
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 1 star anise pod
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 1 medium pineapple, peeled, cored, and quartered lengthwise
  • + 1 more ingredients
    • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
