Roasted Pistachio Ice Cream
Ingredients
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 6 large egg yolks
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 1 ½ cups half-and-half
- ¼ teaspoon fine salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup shelled, unsalted pistachios, toasted and cooled
