Roasted Potatoes & Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

• ¼ teaspoon(s) black pepper
• 1 ½ tablespoon(s) olive oil
• ½ teaspoon(s) bottled minced garlic or once minced garlic clove
• 1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
• ¾ teaspoon(s) salt
• ¼ teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon(s) ground red pepper
• + 2 more ingredients
• • 3 sweet potatoes, cut into wedges (small)
  • 3 potatoes, cut into wedges (small)

Preheat oven to 450°. Combine all ingredients except sweet potatoes and potatoes in a large zip lock bag. Add potatoes and sweet potatoes to zip lock bag, and shake to coat. Bake on baking sheet for 35 minutes or until tender.
