Roasted Potatoes with Bacon & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 2 pound(s) potatoes, cut inch quarters
- 5 slice(s) bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ½ cup(s) shredded cheese
- ½ cup(s) ranch dressing
Heat oven to 350°. Mix first 3 items in large bowl. Add potatoes. Toss lightly and pour into lightly greased 13 x 9 baking dish. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with parsley. Bake 15 minutes more or until potatoes are tender.
